Pain, love, rosemary...? 

Jonas entered to the annex room and he realized that the giver was in a lot of pain... then he said: "Please," he gasped, "take some of the pain." so Jonas agreed and went to the bed took of his tunic and the giver gave him so of the pain... the pain was awful because it was war and a lot of people died and it was a crisis in the humanity. When Jonas was receiving the memory he saw a bay that was asking for water. Maybe the boy had the same age of Jonas or older but he was blond and his face was with dirt and his uniform had a lot of blood all over it. Then Jonas gave him water he was suffering. Then he heard the man and the horses suffering and crying because of all the pain. Then Jonas understands what meant warfare when he woke he saw the giver and the giver was ashamed because he have gave him this awful memory. He said “Forgive me,” so Jonas forgave him. One day Jonas decided that he didn’t want them to be the receiver he didn’t want the memories, the honor the wisdom, didn’t want the pain. But then he realized that he was chosen for a reason and that he needed to be he4 receiver of memory. And also he realized that there were happy, said, painful, memories and he needed to deal with it. One day Jonas asked the giver what was his favorite memory so he laid down and he was receiving that memory of a family celebrating Christmas and there were old people and they gave them presents and they hugged and they were very happy. Then Jonas wasn’t realizing what was going on so he asked the giver and he said that “They were called Grandparents.” then the giver explained Jonas and he was fascinated of what was that memory. But also in that memory the giver gave him the memory of love because the grandparents love their family. Then Jonas asked his parents him they loved him and they said that he should use more precise language because they don’t understand. Jonas was different and his life would never be normal again, because he knows the truth about the world. Aldo i think that Jonas has been feeling that he has been lied all his life. Also when he talked to their family and they said that they were having a feeling, those feelings aren’t real, they shouldn’t b feeling that because it’s wrong, because they shouldn’t be angry for something silly it should be real... Before Jonas became the receiver of memory he played with his friends a game of bad and good guys and they said silly things but those silly words are some of the words Jonas felt different. Then the days passed and one day Jonas wanted to ask the giver what was the name of the girl that failed to be  the receiver of memory, the giver said that the girls name was rosemary... The giver didn’t give her only happy memories but she wanted to have the pain because some day she should be having it. Then one day she never came and they did that the new receiver of memory as asked for realese.so the giver ousted the speaker in ☆ON he saw all the process of release. Jonas was shocked if what all happened. Hen Jonas said to the giver that his father was doing release to a twin the giver says that he should see it so they putted the speaker in ☆ON and then they putted to the baby some injections and felt to sleep and then Jonas father got a gun and killed the little baby! Jonas couldn’t believe his eyes. Then the giver told him if he say the injections and he said yes and then the giver said that when rosemary asked for release she did her own injections and the she was released... And that’s why she failed...

"They were called Grandparents."

 "Grand parents?" 

That is when the give r gave Jonas the memory of the family and Jonas didn’t understand why does the old are in the house of their families and not in the house of old and also what is a grandparents. When I read this quote broke my heart because Jonas and all of the community doesn’t have a hull family and doesn’t understand some things so its very sad what is going on. Also he started to wonder who is his grandparents and maybe they are n the house of old or maybe they have been realized...

"What's wrong, Jonas? It was only a game," Fiona said. 

 "You ruined it." Asher said in an irritated voice.

 "Don't play it anymore," Jonas pleaded 

 "I'm the one who’s training for Assistant Recreation Director," Asher pointed out angrily. "Games aren't your area of expertness."

When Asher that to Jonas I think that he was feeling that Jonas was feeling really sad because he really knew what war was. Also he was feeling venerable poor Jonas. but the he was on a big fight with Asher. Well is that Jonas is really understanding how really is the world. Then something that I loved, since Jonas decided not to take the pills anymore so when the fight Asher finished, Jonas walked with Jonas and Jonas started to have the stirrings again. 

In conclusion this book have been amazing, I have been getting more and more nervous because sometimes on each page is more dramatic. Jonas has been changing more and more i think with each memory Jonas realize that the world has more things outside than sameness. Also he is being a bigger person because of a lot of reasons but the 3 most important are: 1. He is making choices 2. He is being the world differently but he is still keeping it to himself and the giver 3. Being all the qualities that the women said on the ceremony when they gave him the honor to be the receiver of memory. Also one thing that is beautiful is that he loving the giver like he is something mre than just the structure or trainer... So he is speriezing the real feelings
